Jenn Lopez & Bryan Scott: A Man in a Woman’s World

About Jenn Lopez and Bryan Scott:

Jenn Lopez and Bryan Scott are the powerhouse duo redefining direct sales through Bomb Party, the surprise jewelry reveal company blending fun, sparkle, and entrepreneurship.

Jenn, a former travel nurse, discovered Bomb Party during the pandemic and went from hesitant beginner to top 25 seller in just a few months. What started as a side hobby from her South Dakota nursing apartment has since turned into a full-fledged career leading one of the fastest-growing teams in the company, the Fiesta Fam.

Bryan, once a banker and food truck owner, joined the adventure after seeing Jenn’s TikTok lives. He quickly found his rhythm in a female-dominated space—bringing humor, warmth, and a fearless attitude to every reveal. Together, they’re proving that community, connection, and courage are the secret ingredients to thriving in the world of direct sales.

In this episode, Jennie Bellinger, Jenn Lopez, and Bryan Scott discuss:

  • How Bomb Party combines fun, surprise, and entrepreneurship through live jewelry reveals.
  • Jenn’s journey from hesitant nurse to confident top seller and team leader.
  • Bryan’s unexpected leap into a “women’s world” and how he carved his niche.
  • The role of TikTok and social media growth strategies for modern direct sellers.
  • How mentorship, leadership, and teamwork create sustainable business momentum.

  • Success often begins with hesitation—Jenn’s story proves that courage grows through small, consistent action.
  • TikTok may be unpredictable, but when paired with authenticity and community, it becomes a powerful sales engine.
  • Leadership is more than motivation; it’s equipping others with the confidence and tools to succeed on their own.
  • Authenticity outshines polish. People connect with the human behind the hustle, not the highlight reel.

“I’m a firm believer in being coachable. And so I’ve been as hard as it is with our relationship, me and Jenn, I’ve been able to be a very coachable, and she’s been really guiding my footsteps.” — Bryan Scott

“Everybody joins for their own reason… Some people just want an extra 500 or $1,000 a month, and that’s their why, right, to supplement their income. Some people want to replace it as their full-time job… Whatever their why is, I want to be there to support them and their why and help them be able to grow their business.” — Jenn Lopez

Monica Walls: How Heritage and Story Are Building Her Brand

About Monica Walls:

Monica Walls is a people-powered powerhouse with a passport full of stories and a heart wired for human connection. From the boardrooms of Silicon Valley to the sidewalks of global cities, Monica has always led with purpose, whether as an HR exec orchestrating change or as a volunteer rolling up her sleeves at food drives and walk-a-thons.

But the corporate grind couldn’t contain her creative spirit for long. Fueled by her Croatian roots, wanderlust, and a splash of bold lipstick, Monica stepped into her next chapter as the founder of Keca’s Usna: a lip color line where every shade has a soul. Tired of formulas that flaked or felt uncomfortably sticky, she mixed science with sentiment to craft lipsticks that stay put and feel like a hug for your lips.

Keca’s Usna isn’t just makeup; it’s a love letter to heritage, storytelling, and the magic of being unapologetically you. Every hue celebrates individuality, every tube is rooted in values, and every swipe is a reminder: beauty is personal, powerful, and meant to be shared.

In this episode, Jennie Bellinger and Monica Walls discuss:

  • Corporate Life to Entrepreneurial Journey
  • Lip Color Brand with Personal Heritage
  • Building a Team and Delegating Tasks
  • Product Development Challenges
  • Confidence and Trusting Entrepreneurial Instincts

Key Takeaways:

  • Monica’s journey demonstrates that personal frustration with existing products can spark innovative business ideas.
  • Connecting products to personal heritage creates a powerful narrative that resonates with customers, and the Croatian roots of Keca’s Usna and meaningful color names transform lip color from a simple cosmetic to a storytelling medium.
  • Successful entrepreneurs recognize their limitations and strategically bring in specialized talent.
  • Creating high-quality lip color involves complex formulation processes beyond simple color mixing, meaning that rigorous testing, ingredient selection, and understanding customer needs are critical to developing a standout cosmetic product.
  • Embracing vulnerability and learning from experiences can transform initial uncertainties into powerful entrepreneurial strengths.

Francoise Maricle: Hold Onto Your Dreams!

About Francoise Maricle:

Francoise Maricle was born two months premature in a Japanese internment camp in Indonesia during World War II. After the war, her family left the tropics they loved to return to a cold, overcrowded Netherlands, where they were met with indifference by the European Dutch. Seeking peace and belonging, Francoise eventually met her husband in Germany and later immigrated to the United States-where she found gratitude and healing. As a counselor supporting women in abusive relationships, Francoise discovered that sharing her own story created powerful connections. When women heard what she had endured, they became more open to facing their own challenges. Over time, she began speaking publicly about her life and was interviewed on both public radio and television. Writing her memoir took fifteen years, as long-buried emotions emerged in the process. Francoise now lives in Arizona, where the wide-open skies and warm climate offer the sense of freedom and peace she always longed for.

In this episode, Jennie Bellinger and Francoise Maricle discuss:

  • Surviving internment camps in Indonesia
  • Overcoming childhood limitations and doubts
  • Pursuing dreams despite obstacles
  • Importance of having a supportive partner
  • Maintaining dreams and goals at any age

Key Takeaways:

  • Dreams are ageless and powerful, as seen in Francoise, 83, who still continues to pursue adventures like ziplining and traveling, proving that aspirations have no expiration date.
  • When others told her she couldn’t succeed, Francoise listened to her inner voice and became a psychologist with a master’s degree.
  • Supportive relationships can transform personal limitations.
  • Francoise’s survival in Japanese internment camps and subsequent displacement became the foundation for her determination to pursue her goals.
  • By starting with modest aspirations like learning to drive, Francoise gradually built a life of adventure, education, and personal empowerment.

“I only have 17 more years to be 100 years old, and I have so many dreams on my bucket list. I got to have 17 more years in my life, so I just keep trying.” — Francoise Maricle

Devan Holman: Little Steps Towards Opportunity

About Devan Holman:

Devan Holman is a dynamic network marketing professional with Arbonne, ranking in the top 2% of consultants for the past 12 years. With a background in finance, she transitioned from corporate America 15 years ago to build a thriving direct sales business—initially driven by the desire to extend her maternity leave and create additional income for her family.

A wife to Scott and mom to three crazy active kids ages 9 to 15, Devan leads with a faith-centered approach and an unwavering commitment to personal growth. She has demonstrated resilience through every season of life, from navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood. Guided by authenticity, consistent small steps, and the belief that true success is measured by the respect of those who know her best, Devan applies her leadership philosophy to both her business and personal life.

In this episode, Jennie Bellinger and Devan Holman discuss:

  • Confidence grows through consistent small steps
  • Network marketing requires adaptability across life seasons
  • Success is defined by respect from those who know you best

  • Leadership means supporting team members through personal challenges
